Directly: Via interaction with any of its website or social media forms or in the course of providing services to actual or potential clients via email, telephone, texts or physical documents you provide us or via face to face communications. No conversation will be recorded unless explicitly agreed.
Indirectly. Your online personal information is collected by our service providers who act on our behalf and who may have servers located overseas such as in USA, Europe, Philippines and Japan, and you consent to these overseas disclosures. We may collect information provided to us by third parties in the course of providing products and services to our clients. Where we receive information about you indirectly from service providers, we require that the service provider has done so in accordance with the Privacy Act .
